Produced with the ichibancha (or the "first plucking") of organic Kabuse Sencha, this tea more than makes up for its simple appearance with its heady aroma and lovely flavour.
Origin: Kawanehon, Haibara District, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan - 2021
Brewing Instructions:
1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water
160ºF/72ºC (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 5 minutes, and proceed.)
Brew 2-4 minutes
Good for 2 infusions
