Carbon steel blade in a beautiful boxwood handle. Carbon steel is great for everyday use and will develop a beautiful vintage patina overtime. Each handle is unique and will vary from photo description.
CARE:
It is recommended that you let this patina develop in lieu of trying to maintain a 'classic stainless' appearance. These knives will age gracefully with you when cared for thoughtfully - please hand wash and dry.
